Refunds & Returns
Items purchased cannot be returned or refunded without prior communication with New Breed EDC. If there is an issue with a purchased item, we will work with you to correct the issue, if possible. Only items that are deemed functionally defective are eligible for a return and/or refund. No pre-order item is eligible for a refund during the production of the item. By buying a pre-order item, you agree to this term.
Liability
New Breed EDC will not be liable for any damages to person or property that may occur from the use or misuse of New Breed EDC products. By purchasing any New Breed EDC product, the purchaser and/or owner assumes all responsibility for the use of the product. The purchaser and/or owner also assumes all responsibility of having understood and complied with all applicable local, state, Federal, and international laws regarding the ownership and use of these products. By purchasing and/or owning any New Breed EDC product, the purchaser and/or owner is verifying that they are over the age of 18, and will follow all laws regarding the possession and use of that product.
Order Fulfillment
New Breed EDC fulfills orders on a first come, first serve basis. If the item that you purchase is in stock, it will be shipped to you within 5-8 business days. If it is a pre-order item, it will be shipped to you within the noted time frame of the pre-order project. All domestic shipping will be processed through USPS unless otherwise stated. Please know your locality’s laws and regulations before you purchase an item.
